Getting an education is not just a fundamental human right. It is pivotal to increasing employment and income opportunities. It is fundamental to breaking the cycle of poverty. Education is the key to unlocking the golden door of freedom for all.  It is the bedrock of social and economic development.  Education is crucial as it is an investment in human capital. This yields tremendous benefits at many levels and spheres. It benefits the individual, family community, and nation. Education is a sustainable means to alleviate poverty and bring lasting change. Consequently, to effect permanent change, any effort to bring lasting change must include education, in one way or the other.

Rural enterprise development is at the core of our work. Linking small scale farmers, cooperatives and producer groups to the market is key to improving ‘the bottom line’.

We believe that the most effective role that we can play is in facilitating partnerships that will bring them together to serve the needs of underdeveloped rural communities.

We aim to be a catalyst, developing collaborative approaches to meet specific local needs through effective, integrated and sustainable solutions.

ROTA aims to promote health through Wellness Education and Disease Prevention. This will be done through unrestricted, comprehensive medical and public health outreach interventions and educational programs that cover the following:
